il mezzogiorno
after several years we're back to south italy. same place different time, autumnal november which was quite an experiment.we were treated with 20 centigrades, beautiful sights and most friendly people. so everything felt most likely summer except sunset at teatime ...
seven days planned turned out to be eleven. for the short term i had no plans for photoshootings so no big camera, no tripod or stuff was with us. all photos were taken by smartphone and a compact canon s95 camera, but it's still great which results turned out.
so here's an overview of the pictures which we took along extensive strolls at the beach, friendly coffee bars, shopping, cooking and hanging around in the sun. between san felice and sperlonga there are several beaches, all quite large and with fine sand, but each has it's own character and feel.
still it was hard to believe it was november, but the light is quite different compared to summertimes. around the day it has a sort of dramatic air. the sky duskes intensely and the shadows are long
and hard.
